Individual therapy is a safe, confidential and deeply human space where you can pause, listen to yourself and understand what you are living through, from a respectful and judgment-free perspective.

Through Logotherapy and Existential Analysis we work not only to ease suffering, but to help you discover possibilities, strengthen your inner freedom and build a more authentic, meaningful life.
